Visitors & Partnership Day

  • Any visitors notified of to be added to Shared Calendar and Visitors List, and then emailed to visitors distribution list. Print a copy for office and yard noticeboards. The list is available in R-Drive > Visitors.
  • Direct visitors to the office (DL8 4QZ) for their arrival unless otherwise stated.
  • Drinks & biscuits typically to be offered. Have Klarions, films, riding out lists etc ready if required.
  • Partnership Day – two held per year, one in Autumn around the HIT sale at the end of October, and usually during March.
  • Lunch and tea/coffee arrangements should be discussed with Charlie, Mark, Deirdre and Mikaelle, and organised accordingly.
  • Unless advised otherwise, invite by email all current partners, prospective partners and past partners. They may bring one guest. Inform them in invite of the time, location, and deadline RSVP must be provided by. Keep attendees up to date in a spreadsheet. Add the date to Visitors list & shared calendar.
  • Partnership packs to be made before the day (in large display book folders) with all information Mark & Charlie may need, eg, attendees, horse pedigrees & form, colour charts. Ask Elaine to provide any financial statements Mark and Charlie require. Ask Deirdre and anyone else if they require a pack.
  • Any other arrangements to be discussed with Charlie, Mark & co, such as schedule for the day, filming for Zoom and any prize auctions. Email around schedule if required.
