Prepare Passports

• Travelling managers will collect passports from office prior to going racing, usually the day before departure.
• After each day’s declaration, leave a Runners Sheet out on office windowsill, one for each destination declared for.
• Leave out horse passports with sheets for Travelling manager to sign out.
