Treble up and down the UK!

Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed’s Lake Volta opened MJR’s Friday account at Brighton. The juvenile son of Raven’s Pass made all in the six furlong novice stakes under Silvestre de Sousa to win by four and a half lengths.
Yorkidding (pictured above under Joe Fanning), Paul York’s Dalakhani mare, raced at Musselburgh in the Archefield Cup handicap over fourteen furlongs. Joe Fanning partnered Yorkidding to a one and a half length victory in the feature race.
At Newmarket’s evening meeting, Paul and Clare Rooney’s Titi Makfi was sent off favourite under James Doyle in the mile handicap. The three-year-old Makfi filly took the prize by a neck. This was Titi Makfi’s fifth win this year from seven runs.
