Top French prize for Gear Up

Gear Up travelled to France to contest the Group 1 Criterium de Saint Cloud. James Doyle partnered the Teme Valley 2 colt in the 10-furlong race run this year on heavy ground. Sent off the outsider of the field, Gear Up made virtually all to win by a short neck.  Gear Up is by the Darley stallion Teofilo who stands at Kindangan Stud in Ireland.
