Saturday success for Rusumaat and Love Dreams

Rusumaat, owned by Sheikh Hamdan Al Maktoum, raced in the opener at Newbury under Jim Crowley. The three-year-old Arcano colt made every post a winning one in the seven furlong handicap (class 2) to win by a neck on soft ground.
At Newmarket, where the official going was also soft, Love Dreams completed the across-the-card double for the team. The Crone Stud Farms’ three-year-old Dream Ahead colt chased the leader for the first five furlongs of the seven furlong handicap under P J McDonald. Love Dreams led the field in the last two furlongs and scored by five lengths.
