Saturday was ladies’ day for the MJR team!

Three of the Kingsley Park fillies delivered on a busy Saturday. First to score was Peach Melba, owned by Lowther Racing & Partner, at Newmarket. The Dream Ahead filly battled gamely in the mile handicap to win by one and half length under Franny Norton, taking the £31, 125 on offer. Shortly after, Sheikh Hamdan Al Maktoum’s Khamaary showed all that she feels at home at Redcar by taking the mile handicap by three quater of a length under Dane O’Neill. The daughter of Tamayuz has now won three times at Redcar, bringing her total career wins to four. At Wolverhampton’s evening meeting, Paul Dean’ Cape Cross filly, Star Of Lombardy, won the 12-furlong handicap by a neck in a strong finish under John Egan.
Congratulations to all involved!
