Friday double!

The team scored an across-the-card double courtesy of Elegiac and the juvenile Persian Moon.
Persian Moon was the first to win. Partnered by PJ McDonald, the son of Makfi, owned by Kennet Valley Thoroughbred X, was in the lead from the off but lost it when challenged by Hot Team over two furlongs out. P J got his mount to dig deep and grabbed the seven-furlong novice by half a length. At Newmarket, in apocalyptic weather, Elegiac and Joe Fanning won the 12-furlong handicap by one and a half length. By Farhh, Elegiac, owned by S&d Richards, N Browne And I Boyce, has now won three of his seven starts and been placed three times.
