Across-the-card double

Johnston Racing recorded an across-the-card double with their first and last runners of the day on Thursday August 17. Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed’s Doubletalk landed a seven and a half furlong nursery at Beverley under Ben Curtis, while Mrs Jane Newett’s Bohemian Breeze (pictured above) won a handicap over a mile and a quarter under Oli Stammers, the concluding race on Ayr’s evening card.
