4th winner of the day On A May Day brings tally to 99 domestic wins
An across-the-card four-timer for the team which brings the tally of domestic winners to 99!
The first winner of the day was Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed’s Prairie Spy who took the six-furlong novice by three lengths on her debut under Joe Fanning at Thirsk. Joe made it a double at the track when Bayshore Freeway, owned by the Kingsley Park Owners Club, won the 12-furlong handicap by three and a half lengths. Joe went from Thirsk to Beverley’s evening meeting where he made all aboard the Kingsley Park 10’s Victory Command in the seven a half-furlong novice to win by two lengths. Domestic winner number 99 delivered at Brighton under Franny Norton. Garrett Freyne’s On A May Day made all in the seven-furlong handicap to secure the prize by five lengths.
